根據(jù)近期國際市場油價變化情況，按照現(xiàn)行成品油價格形成機制，國家發(fā)改委20日發(fā)布通知，自8月20日24時起，國內(nèi)汽、柴油價格每噸均下調(diào)50元?！队蛢r格管理辦法》規(guī)定，當國內(nèi)油價調(diào)價幅度低于每噸50元時，不作調(diào)整，納入下次調(diào)價時累加或沖抵。因此，此次油價為壓線下調(diào)。

卓創(chuàng)資訊成品油分析師臧文剛表示，國際油價先漲后跌主要因為是石油輸出國組織(簡稱“歐佩克”)增加產(chǎn)量、美元匯率增強等多重利空壓制了原油期貨市場。此外，金聯(lián)創(chuàng)指出，美國能源信息署(EIA)最新一期庫存報告顯示，美國原油庫存及產(chǎn)量雙雙增長，同時精煉油和庫欣庫存也大幅攀升，油價承壓大幅下挫。
